April 5th , 2008 - The Providing Shelter Benefit

Our Spring 2008 fundraiser, The Providing Shelter Benefit, was a huge success and a lot of fun, thanks to all who attended and provided us with sponsorship or support.   The evening was filled with optimism and love for the animal community that we are trying so hard to help.   Many people from the Alicia Pet Clinic family, local rescue groups, veterinary community and the community at large supported our efforts by attending the event and participating in our raffles and silent auctions.   We also secured a solid partnership with Purina and were happy to accept a $10,000 check from them to help us get our endeavor off the ground.   This money will go a long way to fund our programs enabling us to help some of the homeless, downtrodden and sick animals The Pet Rescue Center will continue to come across that can benefit from our help.    Thank you to all whom helped make our first fundraiser for The Pet Rescue Center a success!!!   We can't wait for our next event in the Fall!!!
