Planned Giving & Bequests

Give a lasting gift of help to animals in need of rescue and assistance in finding a family, or let us carry out your wishes and find your loved pet a home that suits your specific criteria.

When forming or reviewing your estate plan, we would welcome including The Pet Rescue Center in your planned giving as a 501c3 charity eligible for charitable deductions.

The contribution can take many forms as simple as leaving a specific “Cash Bequest” in your Last Will or Living Trust to forming a “Charitable Gift Annuity”. Donors may also name The Pet Rescue Center as a beneficiary of their trust, IRA or retirement plan, or other form of planned giving.  Often these gifts receive tax benefits as well as can be explained by your accountant or other professional adviser.

The Pet Rescue Center welcomes the opportunity of working with you as well as your attorney and will gladly review the phrasing of any proposed bequest to insure the Center can fulfill the intent of your wishes. If possible, the Center would like to maintain a copy of that portion of your will which specifically creates a bequest to Center.

With any gift large or small, The Pet Rescue Center greatly appreciated your act of giving to further our efforts to rescue at risk pets.
