PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING: I wish to participate as a volunteer with The Pet Rescue Center. I understand that the information that I have provided may be verified by The Pet Rescue Center. I realize that by filling out this application in no way guarantees my placement as a volunteer with The Pet Rescue Center. Also, by filling out this application, I understand that serving as a volunteer with The Pet Rescue Center no way entitles me to any compensation as I will be strictly a volunteer. I also understand that if I am asked to volunteer, there is a 30 day probationary period and that this volunteer assignment requires verification of a current tetanus vaccine, prior to being placed as a volunteer. I also grant The Pet Rescue Center permission to use my likeness, voice, and words in television, radio, file, or in any form to promote the activities of The Pet Rescue Center.
